Coach Conor Szczerba

Conor Szczerba is dedicated to the development of young players and instilling strong work ethics in them. His goal is to grow each player and to maximize their potential.
He has six years of college coaching experience and specializes in hitting and defense. In those years, he has coached 4 All-Americans and 10 MLB Draft picks. Along with hitting and defense, he has served as the team’s strength and conditioning coach and camp coordinator.

Coach Patrick Szczerba

Patrick Szczerba currently serves as recruiting coordinator/pitching coach for the Rollins College baseball team. With a decade of coaching experience, Patrick has recruited and coached 15 players who went on to play professional baseball. He specializes in the mechanics of pitching and the development of arm strength.
“Baseball is our families passion. My goal is to create a competitive and fun environment for the kids to grow and love the game. Conor and I love to teach “the game within the game” while developing fundamentals that lead to sustained success. We are dedicated to turning our players into not only very good Baseball players but great teammates. “
